You can market yourself and bring your own clients to Tava through your very own practice website. 

Tava is committed to supporting you to succeed in every stage of your career as a therapist. This is a tool we provide completely free to you to help you grow your business on your terms. 

Whether you want to take the plunge to create your private practice or just see one or two of your own clients, you can now bring all your clients into one platform and be reimbursed the full amount from your cash-pay clients minus a small Tava fee. 

You can use your website to:

• Maintain an online presence as a therapist or private practice
• Invite new or existing clients to sign up and schedule with you on the Tava platform
• Share online or with prospective clients and referral sources to grow your clientele

Share your Practice Website Link

The link to your website can be found under your name in your Tava Profile.

We encourage you to post this link on your social media profiles such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and on your website if you have one. Payouts

You will be paid more for sessions with clients who sign up from your practice website than for Tava referral clients. In fact, the amount you are paid for these sessions is simply whatever is paid by insurance or the client (minus a small percentage fee taken by Tava). You can see your Tava referral rates on the right side of Payouts in your profile (to get to your Profile, click your picture on the bottom left).

Custom Cash Rate

You can set your cash rate for clients who sign up from your practice website under Custom Rates in Preferences in your profile. 

Tava Referral Settings

If you would like to only accept clients through your website, navigate to the Preferences section of your profile and turn off the Accepting Tava referrals toggle. Your website will still show your availability, but you won't appear in any Tava referral networks.

Privacy

While your bio information is public on your website, clients cannot see your personal contact information or any information about other clients.
