After you have created your video bio, you may choose to re-record, upload a new one, or delete your video at any time. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Login to https://app.tavahealth.com
2. Select your profile photo in the left sidebar
3. Choose "My Profile" from the menu (or navigate to https://app.tavahealth.com/me/profile)
4. Scroll down to the "Video Bio" section
5. Click "Record Again"
6. You will be presented with the option to record a new video, or upload a video file.
