Tava Health uses the CE-GO platform to host provider webinars, including continuing education (CE) events, all-hands meetings, and other professional development sessions.
Getting Started
- Visit Tava Health CE-GO
- Create an account if you’re new to the platform.
- Sign in each time you access a live event, recording, or CE course.
Be sure to register using the name you’d like displayed on your certificate.
Types of Courses
CE-GO offers two types of events:
- Live Events – Real-time webinars and all-hands meetings.
- Self-Paced Courses – Pre-recorded trainings available anytime.
Courses that are eligible for CE credit will be clearly labeled and include the number of credits available.
Live Event
Before the event, you will receive an email from CE-Go with access to the virtual event. After the event, you will receive access to your evaluation and continuing education certificate via a personalized "attendee dashboard" link, hosted on the CE-Go website. This link and access to the virtual event will be sent to the email account you used to register for the event. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder. Additionally, if you miss the live event, a recording will be available on the CE-Go portal, which you can access to complete the course and obtain your certificate.
To receive CE credit for live events:
- Attend at least 80% of the session.
- Complete the post-session evaluation, available on your attendee dashboard after logging back in to CE-GO.
Self-Paced Course Requirements
To receive CE credit for self-paced content:
- Watch the entire course recording.
- Complete the quiz with a score of 80% or higher (you’ll have up to 3 attempts).
- Complete the post-session evaluation once finished.
Accessing Your Certificate
You can download or print your CE certificate only after completing all course requirements (attendance, quiz, and evaluation as applicable).
Your certificate will be available directly in your CE-GO account dashboard once all criteria are met.
