Tava referrals are any clients that Tava refers to your practice and does the marketing work to bring to you. This includes Tava EAP clients or Tava clients who sign up via the main Tava website rather than via your personal Tava practice link. Tava referral clients may be paying for their sessions via EAP, cash, or insurance. 

Turn on Tava referrals in your Preferences tab under "Caseload". Click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner and select "Preferences."

Payouts for Tava referral sessions can be found in the Payouts tab. Click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner and select "Payouts." On the tab on the right side of your payouts screen you can see the breakdown of your pay rates between Tava referrals and clients you bring to your practice. 

To boost your Tava referrals, you can make it easier for the right clients to find you by optimizing your profile: 

• Have a professional high-resolution profile photo
• Add a video bio if you haven’t already
• Make sure your written bio effectively represents your strengths
• Maintain a wide availability (best practice is 10+ hours). You can always reduce your availability as your caseload grows.
