You have the ability to edit your notes before a claim is submitted for the session (48 hours after insurance sessions), or before the payout deadline for non-insurance sessions.
How to edit an unlocked note
If your note is still within the edit window, you will see an Edit button in the top right corner of the note.
When editing an unlocked note, you may change anything including the start/end time (and by extension, the duration) of the session which will affect your payout amount.
Changing to "Session didn't happen"
However, if you need to change your answer to the question "Did the session happen" from Yes to No, you will need to contact therapist-support@tavahealth.com or select the chat bubble in the bottom right corner.
If you need to edit a locked note
If a note is outside the edit window, you will no longer be able to access the Edit button. Notes are locked when the payout has already begun processing, so if there's an error that needs to be corrected on a locked note, contact therapist-support@tavahealth.com or select the chat bubble in the bottom right corner
