Therapists and clients can communicate easily and securely in the Tava platform.
To view and send messages, navigate to the Messages tab.
Send messages
If you don't see your client in the list, start a conversation with them by typing their name in the box with the + sign at the top.
You can send text, links, assessments and attachments.
You and your client will also see automated system messages in your conversation when an upcoming session was changed.
Alerts
You and your clients will be alerted of new messages via the email address associated with your Tava account, as well as a text message at the end of the day if you have any unread messages.
Security
The Messaging portal is HIPAA Compliant: all messages are kept secure and confidential.
