Schedule your next session with a client at the end of the current session using the in-session scheduler tool. This increases client retention and continuity of care.
How to Schedule the Next Session
If you do not have another session currently scheduled with your client, you will be given the option to schedule a new session directly from the telehealth screen.
Select the calendar icon in the top right corner
Next to "No Upcoming Session," select "Schedule." This will open the scheduling window.
Select how many sessions you would like to schedule (1-4)
- Choose the date, time, location and session duration, then click "Schedule Appointment."
