Overview
If a client requests their records, you can easily download and send them.
Steps
1. Get started by downloading your client's records from their profile under Session Activity. Click the download icon on the right side.
2. This will populate an Official Documentation item in the history below. From there, you can download the file. After downloading the file, enter a Care Coordination note to document the records request.
3. You can securely send this to your client in the Messages tab. Click the envelope icon in the top right to jump to your Messages with that client.
4. Once you begin typing, you'll see a paperclip icon appear. Clicking this will open your computer's saved files, and you can select the client record file you downloaded earlier.
