When exporting client records from Tava, some documents may be included as attachments within the main PDF. To ensure you can view all content, including attached files, you'll need to use a PDF viewer that supports attachments.
If you see this message in your export:
"The following files have been added as attachments to this PDF. If you are unable to view them you may need to use an attachment-compatible PDF viewer."
You're in the right place!

Install the software and open the exported PDF.

Still can't see the attachments?
-
Make sure you’re not using a browser-based viewer (like Chrome or Safari's default PDF preview) – these typically do not support PDF attachments.
