Providers are able to record a session that took place up to two weeks in the past.
To record this session, providers can either select the date and time on the calendar, or click the "Add Appointment" button in the top right corner of the Schedule page. Clients will not receive any confirmation when the past session is scheduled.
After recording the date, time, location and client, you can complete the session notes and submit. Past appointments will be billed either to the client or insurance as normal.
