When scheduling a session, providers can choose to start a session on the hour (12:00), half hour (12:30) or quarter hour (12:15, 12:45). Scheduled sessions can range from 30-180 minutes in length.
To schedule a session that starts on the quarter hour, select the desired time from the scheduling tool dropdown menu.
Sessions will have a duration of 50-minutes by default. To change the duration of the session you're scheduling, select the dropdown button.
Choose the session duration from the dropdown list.
Scheduling Multiple Sessions
To schedule multiple sessions with a client at once, choose “2,” “3,” or “4” under “How many sessions?"
Choose between weekly or bi-weekly sessions, in-person or virtual sessions, and select the duration and start time. NOTE: you will be able to edit each session in the series after clicking "Show Sessions."
After selecting “Show Sessions,” you will be alerted to any potential conflicts. You cannot schedule a new session if it has a conflict with another Tava session. To edit any potential session, select the pencil icon next to the date. You can choose to skip any potential session by un-checking the box to the left of the date.
Once ready to schedule, click "Schedule Sessions."
