Set your availability
Use the Availability tab to set, change, or update your availability.
- Use "Regular Hours" to set your recurring availability. This will ensure that your calendar is automatically updated with consistent availability every week, subject to any blocked time on your synced calendar(s).
- Use "Away Time" to block off one-time, unavailable periods. This will create blocks in your calendar during your “Regular Hours” when you would otherwise be available. This is useful when you need time off or will be unavailable for appointments.
- Use "Extra Time" to add one-time, non-recurring availability. This will create extra available time in your calendar outside of your “Regular Hours.”
Edit Your Regular Hours
To edit your Regular Hours, select "Availability" from the left navigation menu. Choose the leftmost "Regular Hours" tab from the top menu.
Click and drag to add days and times for clients to book with you. Then click to edit your location. You can add multiple openings for each day.
To edit an existing time slot, click on the time slot. Choose the day of the week, start and end time of your Regular availability, and whether you can see clients in person, virtually or both.
To remove a time slot, click on the time slot, and select "Remove Time Slot."
