You can set a sliding scale discount for individual clients who are paying your custom cash rate. This will not apply to Tava referral clients who choose to pay cash. You can do this within the "Coverage" panel on the right side of the client's profile by selecting "Set discount."

You can choose to apply a discount as a percentage off your custom rate, or as the dollar amount you'd like to charge the client.
