To access your tax documents, including 1099s, navigate to the Payouts section of your profile.

You can access this by opening the menu next to your profile photo when you login, and clicking "Payouts" from the dropdown.

In the Payouts section of your profile, select to expand "Tax Documents" on the bottom right.

Documents for 2022 and prior can be accessed via the Zenefits website (not available in the mobile app).
