You can easily remove a client from your caseload
Removing clients from your caseload helps with keeping your client list up-to-date and aids in effectively documenting a client's current status in their therapy journey. Please be sure to inform your client of their removal from your caseload, either via a closing therapy session or the Messaging portal.
To remove a client from your caseload, identify the client you would like to remove in your Clients tab. Click on their name and scroll to the bottom of their profile page. Then select the red "Remove client" button at the bottom of the screen.
Select a reason and add an additional note for the client record, then click "remove client" to complete the process. If you receive an error message, please refresh your screen to ensure the client was effectively removed.
